Bryan first came to Japan in 1981 and has lived and worked here for several extended periods since then. He is now based permanently in Shimoda, near Tokyo as Founder and SEO of IZU IO LTD

Bryan’s specialty is Root Cause Analysis and Reporting of complex systems issues. Developing fixes, workarounds and preventive measure to increase reliability and therefore customer satisfaction. In Japan he has more than 10 years experience with large Telco’s like NTT Docomo, NTT Data, NTT communications; manufacturers like Toyota, Nissan, Honda and Denso and various financial institutions.
